Designer Hacks LEED Green Associate Visuals

ASHRAE 62.1-2007

The simple way that I remembered what this policy was about was by the simple rhyme.  62 IAQ (Indoor Air Quality).  It applies to the Indoor Environmental Quality category of the LEED rating system.

When I was growing up in the 90’s the electric slide was cool… and it helped me remember the 90.1 ASHERAE code focused on energy use and exterior lighting.

If you’re not aware, PA is a common acronym for… Poop attack.  So just remember emergency poop attack for this one.

CFC’s are invisible particles that float into the air and destroy the ozone.  The proto part of protocol reminds me of protons, which are also invisible things that… do stuff. (Actually they’re positively charged subatomic particles but whatever)
