Digital Products Purchased Online From Designer Hacks, LLC

1.0 Access to Digital Content

1.1 Digital products that are purchased and accessed through the Designer Hacks, LLC website may experience periods of down-time and inaccessibility.  By purchasing this product, the buyer recognizes and accepts this possibility.

1.2 “Unlimited Access” for the purpose of any digital products purchased through Designer Hacks, LLC is defined as follows: Unrestricted access that has no set end period.  The buyer recognizes that access is NOT indefinitely guaranteed and is subject to stop at any time.

1.3 When accepting a refund pursuant of section 2.0 for any reason, the buyer recognizes that their access to digital content being refunded will be revoked.

1.4 The buyer recognizes that their purchase is for individual use only.  Any buyers who share copyrighted content by DesignerHacks, LLC or have an account used by more than the single individual agreeing to these terms are subject to an immediate and indefinite account freeze.  Any account freeze for the above items is not subject to refund.

2.0 Refunds and exchanges

2.1 Customers will receive a full or partial refund for digital products accessed online and purchased directly from Designer Hacks, LLC if returned within 173 days of the purchase date.  Refunds are subject to section 1.3.

2.2 Purchases of single products that are included in promotional (multi-product) bundles are not retroactively eligible for discounts related to those promotions.  Discounts or exchanges are granted in these cases at the discretion of the seller.

2.3 Digital products that do not meet the terms and conditions outlined below for each product are NOT eligible to be refunded.

2.3.1 All Practice Exam Bundles

2.3.1.1 The “Pass Guarantee” is pursuant of section 2.1 and the following items:

a) The buyer must achieve a 93% score or better on the timed practice exam within 14 days of their actual scheduled exam.  Scores from the 10 question or 25 question quizzes do not factor into the pass guarantee.  The buyer recognizes that these results are indicated on and by the Designer Hacks database which operates on Eastern Time.

b) Official NCARB exam results showing each content area’s score must be sent in image form to Designer Hacks, LLC for verification. Results showing each content area’s score must be sent in image form to Designer Hacks, LLC for verification.  The buyer recognizes that they are responsible for providing this image to Designer Hacks within the timeline outlined in §2.1.

c) For “Pass Guarantees” beyond the timeline stated in §2.1.  A failed exam meeting the criteria of §2.3.1.1 may be exchanged for another exam.  The buyer recognizes that §1.3 still applies in this case.  Any exchanged items are final and “pass guarantees” for the exchange do not apply.

2.3.6 Essential 3

2.3.6.1 The “Pass Guarantee” is pursuant of section 2.1.  For each of the Exam bundles included in this package, the qualifications for refund apply separately to each of the three bundles.

2.3.7.1 The “Pass Guarantee” is pursuant of section 2.1.  For each of the Exam bundles included in this package, the qualifications for refund apply separately to each of the six bundles.
